Staniless steel, steel and paint, 4′ x 4.5′ x 2.5′
Form and movement is paramount in this piece, taking the static sculpture and color and bringing it to life through line. “Bird” has a field of color in the center curve to set the contrasting curves apart from each other. This piece has a lightness and balance to the form as it sits askew on the pedestal, yet the eye hangs in the fluid nature of the curves as the piece and the world around it is redefined.
