Lately I have been on a ramen kick, not instant noodle, but truly high quality noodles and ingredients.  But as someone who likes to try to create a personalized experience i have decided to take a new perspective of this meal.   I will been trying to make my own noodle creations.  The point that seems to be sticking for me is finding the right rice noodle and stock, funny it seems the most simple pieces yet as I have been moving forward it has shown itself to be the most crucial.  I’m finding that my complication with these items have taken on a larger perspective for me.  I have realizing that it doesn’t matter as much what is thrown into the dish in the end, the right foundation and texture for the dish is the most important part.  After that is achieved the subtleties of the ingredients can be appreciated and you don’e even know why it all seems to fit together so well.

This experiment is a great piece of literature and gives me a reason to remember to always challenge myself.  Multitasking might actually be more productive to my thought processes than I originally thought, as a self imposed confusion.
